No guarantee of outcomes

We work to deliver high-quality software on agreed timelines, but we do not guarantee business results, revenue, fundraising success, or specific performance outcomes from any product we build.

Client responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when submitting forms or requests
• Respond to questions and feedback needed to move your project forward
• Ensure you have rights to any materials, branding, or content you provide to us
• Pay invoices according to agreed terms

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom work product created for your project transfers to you after full payment. Vellory retains rights to its pre-existing tools, libraries, know-how, and general methodologies.

Website use

You may not:

• Use the site in any unlawful way
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer the site without permission
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us

Disclaimer

The website and any general information on it are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vellory will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to the website is limited to the amount you paid us for services in the twelve months before the claim, if any.

Termination

We may suspend or stop providing services if payment is overdue, scope changes cannot be agreed, or either party ends the engagement according to the applicable project agreement.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
